Bill Jamison - Originally from Chicago, by way of New York, Bill has lived in various parts of the country and represents a unique perspective, able to see both sides of the coin, when helping you to determine what's not only a sound long term financial investment, but as importantly-a home/residence with utility to suit your short term and mid-term personal/family needs. Bill's personal and professional experience assists you in achieving "life after the move", whether your sales/purchase journey begins from an apartment or an existing home. Bill is a graduate of Columbia College & enjoys playing the saxophone for their 2 sons, Rex & Lucas.
Nancy Jamison - A veteran of the hospitality industry, Nancy contributes to the team over 23 years of upper management, operational & financial experience including opening 4 restaurants (Houston’s & eatZi’s Market & Bakery), the last of which included 15 managers, 122 employees, $5M in gross annual revenue and cash flowing within 6 months of opening. Currently, along with her business partner & husband and their team, the Jamisons operate their residential real estate business with the highest level of service and exceptional standards. Nancy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Johnson & Wales University, Providence & the past Treasurer of Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority.

By addressing the factors that impact homes in this region, including high heat, humidity and temperature swings, EarthCraft serves as a blueprint for energy, water and resource-efficient single-family homes, multifamily structures, renovation projects, community developments and light-commercial buildings. To date, more than 25,000 EarthCraft homes, multifamily units and commercial buildings have been certified.

Stacey is a residential Realtor in the Greater Atlanta Area and is currently affiliated with Jamison & Co. at Keller Williams Realty. Whether buying or selling, Stacey’s favorite aspect of her work is helping people move through their real estate transaction with ease, all the while trusting that she has their backs and ensuring the details are handled with little to no issues. As an added value to all Jamison & Company’s clients, Stacey offers interior design & staging services.
Prior to real estate, Stacey founded and is the former Executive Director of Bert’s Big Adventure, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Stacey built the organization from the ground up beginning in 2002 and retired June 2017.
Along with being a Realtor, Stacey is currently building her transformative healing enterprise of life coaching, motivational speaking, podcasts and writing a book about healing traumatic experiences. And last but not least, her most important job of all is raising two teenage boys as a single mom.
